I was instantly encouraged… read why!

Hey Lunch Time With Vicky Family,

It’s been a minute and I can’t get into why that is, just know it required me to spend several hours in a dentist office. 😢

But tonight during my time of study I was encouraged and wanted to share.

Ive been reading about spiritual inheritance (long story 🙄). And I was brought to Romans 8:18 which says

18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

I kept reading it and reading it and reading it and BOOM, I was instantly encouraged. Let me tell you why.

“Sufferings of this present time” … All of us have “sufferings of this present time” that requires us to WAIT for it to change!

Many of us WAIT with major attitude, tell the truth! Much complaints are made while we WAIT. BUT…

It is necessary that we experience these sufferings.

Why, you might ask?

Because through our patience and obedience during the “sufferings” we build the character needed to handle the inheritance and glory God shares with His patiently obedient children.

I typed ALL of that to say that no matter how hard the PRESENT seems to be, and regardless of how difficult it seems to WAIT, NOTHING will compare to the glory of the inheritance that will be YOURS and the glory of the inheritance that will be MINE if WE are willing to “suffer” for it!

I encourage you not to give up during the suffering because there is glory on the other side. And these “sufferings” are TEMPORARY!

There is GLORY after THIS!
